Leads for fire alarm and emergency lighting engineers

Installation, upgrade and servicing enquiries from landlords, HMO owners and commercial property managers, passed to you as qualified leads and paid per lead.

Why fire alarm enquiries come in

Fire alarm work is often prompted by something else: a fire risk assessment with actions, a council licence condition, a change of use, or an alarm that keeps faulting. Commercial alarms are designed and maintained to BS 5839-1, and domestic systems, including those in many HMOs, to BS 5839-6. Emergency lighting follows BS 5266-1, which expects routine testing, including a full-duration test each year.

That makes the work repeatable. An install or upgrade can lead to a service contract, and a service contract is the kind of customer you want to keep.

What an enquiry looks like

  • An HMO owner told by the council or a fire risk assessment that the alarm needs upgrading
  • A commercial landlord who needs a new system in a refurbished unit
  • A business whose alarm service is overdue or whose current engineer has gone
  • An owner needing emergency lighting installed, tested or certified
  • A managing agent comparing quotes for a block's alarm and lighting

How leads are qualified

A qualified lead has real contact details, asks for installation, upgrade, servicing or emergency lighting work you offer, and is for a property in your area. Fault-finding calls and emergency call-outs are different. They are often urgent and local, so tell me if you want those routed too. See questions to ask before buying leads for how to compare any lead supplier.

Who this suits

It suits installers and service companies with capacity for new jobs.

How it works

  1. I build and own a local site for your service and area.
  2. People who need the service enquire through it.
  3. Qualified enquiries are passed to you.
  4. You pay an agreed price for each qualified lead. No retainer.

Questions

Can I get emergency call-out leads?

Possibly. Urgent work behaves differently from planned work, so we would agree how to handle response time and what counts as qualified before routing any.

Do you include fire alarm service contract enquiries?

Yes, if you offer them. Ongoing servicing is often the most valuable work, so I'd want to know it's something you want.

Is the price the same as other services?

Not necessarily. Pricing depends on the service, the area and the typical job value, and is agreed per service and area before we start.
