Asbestos survey leads, paid per qualified enquiry
Owners of older buildings need asbestos surveys before works and as part of managing their premises. I build local sites that capture those searches and pass qualified enquiries to you.
Why people search for an asbestos survey
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 place a duty to manage asbestos on the people responsible for non-domestic premises, including the common areas of residential buildings. That starts with finding out whether asbestos is present and what condition it is in. Asbestos was fully banned in the UK in 1999, so buildings from before then are the main concern.
A management survey supports day-to-day management. A refurbishment or demolition survey is needed before intrusive building work. HSE guidance (HSG264) describes the survey types. Many enquiries are triggered by planned works, a sale or purchase, a change of managing agent or a contractor asking for the survey.
What an enquiry looks like
- A commercial landlord needing a management survey for an older unit
- An owner planning a refurbishment who needs a refurbishment survey first
- A managing agent asked for an asbestos register for a block's common areas
- A buyer or lender asking for a survey before completion
- A contractor whose client needs a survey before work can start
How leads are qualified
A qualified lead has real contact details, asks for an asbestos survey or related service you offer, and is for a property in your area. Terms are agreed in writing first.
How it works
- I build and own a local site for your service and area.
- People who need the service enquire through it.
- Qualified enquiries are passed to you.
- You pay an agreed price for each qualified lead. No retainer.

Questions
Do you supply leads for asbestos removal as well as surveys?
Only if you offer it and want it. Surveying and removal are separate services, and some surveyors prefer to stay independent of removal.
Do homeowners enquire as well?
Some do, particularly before renovations. Tell me whether you want domestic enquiries and I'll include them in what counts as qualified.
What areas do you cover?
Areas are agreed one service at a time. Get in touch with the service and the area, and I'll tell you if I have a site or can build one.
