Leads for fire risk assessors, paid per qualified enquiry

Landlords, HMO owners and property managers search for a fire risk assessment when they need one. I build local sites that capture those enquiries and pass the qualified ones to you.

Why people search for a fire risk assessment

In England and Wales, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 puts a duty on the responsible person to carry out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment and keep it under review. It applies to non-domestic premises and to the common parts of blocks of flats and HMOs. That covers offices, shops, guest accommodation, and the shared areas of multi-occupied residential buildings.

For many owners the trigger is not a calendar date. It is a licence application, a new managing agent, an insurer's question, a visit from the council or fire service, or a surveyor asking for the existing assessment. They search when they need a competent person and a written report.

What a fire risk assessment enquiry looks like

  • A landlord with a five-bed HMO who needs an assessment for a licence application or renewal
  • A managing agent taking over a block of flats where the last assessment is missing or out of date
  • A small business moving into new premises whose insurer wants a written assessment
  • A guest house or holiday let owner who wants the assessment reviewed after changes
  • An owner who has changed the layout, doors or alarm and needs the assessment updated

What counts as a qualified lead for you

A qualified fire risk assessment lead has real contact details, asks for a fire risk assessment (or a closely related service you've told me you offer), and is for a property in the area you cover. I agree the definition in writing before we start, so there is no argument later about what you are paying for. For the longer version, read what is a qualified lead.

Who this suits

It suits established assessors and fire safety companies that already have the competence and capacity to take more work in a defined area. It does not suit anyone after a guaranteed volume, or a way to buy their way into the trade.

How it works

  1. I build and own a local site for your service and area.
  2. People who need the service enquire through it.
  3. Qualified enquiries are passed to you.
  4. You pay an agreed price for each qualified lead. No retainer.

Questions

Do you guarantee a number of fire risk assessment leads?

No. New sites take time to rank and demand varies by town. I'll tell you honestly where a site stands before you commit, and you only pay for the qualified leads that arrive.

Can I take leads outside my area?

I work with one provider per service and area, so the area is agreed up front. If you want to cover more towns, we discuss them one at a time.

Are the enquiries already quoted?

No. The enquirer asks for a quote or a call. You quote and win the work on your own terms.

Who owns the website?

I do. You pay for qualified leads, not for a site, and there is nothing to maintain on your side.
