How pricing works

A fixed price per qualified lead, agreed up front. No set-up fee, no retainer and no ad spend.

The structure

  • A fixed price per qualified lead, agreed in writing before we start
  • No set-up fee
  • No monthly retainer
  • No ad spend, because you are not paying for clicks

You pay for qualified enquiries that I pass to you, and nothing else.

Why I don't publish one price

A fire risk assessment, a gas safety check and an asbestos survey are worth different amounts to a provider, and a busy city produces different enquiries from a small town. I set the price per service and area, based on the typical job value and how competitive the market is. I'll give you a figure once I know the service and the area.

How to judge whether it is worth it

Look at cost per customer: the price of each lead divided by the share you win. As an illustration, if a lead costs £50 and you win one in four, each customer costs £200 in lead fees. If your job value covers that comfortably, leads are worth buying. If not, they aren't, whoever sells them. See pay per lead vs Google Ads and how to track lead quality.

What counts as a qualified lead

Real contact details, a service you offer and a property in your area. We write down the definition before starting. Read what is a qualified lead.

What isn't promised

Volume, rankings and conversion are not guaranteed. I'll tell you where a site stands before you commit, and you only pay for qualified leads that arrive.

Getting started

  1. Tell me your service and area through the contact form.
  2. I'll say whether I have a site or can build one for you.
  3. We agree the price and the definition of a qualified lead in writing.
  4. I start passing you qualified enquiries as they arrive.

Questions

Is there a minimum commitment?

I don't ask for long lock-in contracts. Terms are agreed in writing before we start.

Can the price change?

Only by agreement. The price per lead is fixed for the terms we agree.

What if a lead is poor?

Check it against the agreed definition. If it fails, tell me with the details and we deal with it as agreed in writing.

Got a service and an area in mind?

Tell me what you do and where you cover. I'll tell you plainly whether a site could work for you.
